To support the Platform, you agree not to bypass Dockside Pros when connecting with providers introduced through us.
This applies for 24 months from the initial introduction.

Service providers and suppliers are responsible for:
● Their services and product quality
● Compliance with applicable laws
● Fulfillment and delivery
Dockside Pros does not guarantee or continuously verify these elements.
You may receive emails, texts, calls, or app notifications related to your use of the Platform.
We aim to keep communications helpful and relevant, and you may opt out where applicable.
To help resolve disputes efficiently:
● Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where small claims court is permitted
● You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials
Arbitration will be conducted in the State of Florida in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration provider.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Dockside Pros is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including weather events, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.
